Sarah Vega

Dr. Sarah Vega joined our practice in 2025. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Mary’s University, attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and completed her pediatric residency at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Oakland. Dr. Vega was inspired to combine her love of science with her passion for helping others, especially children. She finds great joy in working with kids and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives. Her approach to care is centered on meeting families where they are—emotionally, culturally, and medically—while creating a supportive, collaborative environment. Dr. Vega values building long-term relationships based on trust and respect and strives to be a consistent source of support for families through both milestones and challenges. Patients can expect her to listen carefully, answer questions openly, and provide clear, compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to each child’s needs. Outside of work, Dr. Vega enjoys being outdoors in nature, traveling, painting, reading, yoga, and cooking. Occasionally, providers may not be accepting new patients.
