Mildred O. Bay

Dr. Bay is a general pediatrician who enjoys following newborns to young adults. She also has a special interest in supporting and following children with Down syndrome and medically complex children with potentially life limiting conditions. She is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Bay and her family reside in the Spokane area. She sees patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
