Rachael Uberstine

Rachael Uberstine is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who joined Allegro Pediatrics in 2026. She earned her undergraduate degree from Seattle University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University. Rachael is passionate about supporting children and families through meaningful connection and compassionate care. She began her nursing career in the medical field before specializing in pediatric mental health as a psychiatric nurse. This experience strengthened her commitment to caring for the pediatric mental health community and led her to pursue an advanced practice role. Rachael’s approach to care is authentic, transparent, and personable. She builds trust through active listening and open conversation, creating a comfortable, judgment-free space for families. She is passionate about patient and family education and has clinical interests in depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorder. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys yoga, live music, and spending time with her family. She has one young daughter and a dog named Cashew. *This provider is only available to current Allegro patients.
